What it does

MoaGam brings material records, product material costs, and shopping lists together for makers and small craft studios. Find supplies by photo or tag, then work from the same records as your teammates.

Explore sample materials and products without signing up. Demo changes reset when you leave; sign in to save your own records and share them with your team. Available in English, Korean, and Japanese.

See your materials

Keep photos, item codes, tags, suppliers, and notes with each material. Browse the photo list or search by name, item code, tag, or supplier.

From pack to unit price

Enter a package’s amount and price to see the cost per unit you use. Unpackaged materials work too, with units and currency set for each material.

Estimate material costs

Link materials to a product and enter how much it uses. See an estimate based on current saved prices, with daily reference exchange rates and their dates for other currencies.

Plan the next purchase

Add the purchase quantities you need from a material’s details. Review your list by supplier with your team. Unpurchased entries with matching material and purchase details are combined.

Look back at purchases

Record what you bought, how much, and from whom. Browse by date or material and adjust the purchase date. Later edits to a material leave past purchase details intact.

Organize materials, products, and shopping lists by workspace. Invite teammates with a link to add and edit the same records, with a base currency for product costs.

Material cost estimates do not automatically include labor, shipping, or other expenses. Exchange rates are reference values, not live payment rates, and purchase history amounts may differ from what you paid. MoaGam does not track on-hand stock, handle sales or payments, or place orders.
